How Does The “Quick Close Home Sale” Work? 

Very simply, we conduct an extremely aggressive and dynamic “outside-the-box” marketing campaign using all types of media to attract the potential buyers in the marketplace. On Saturday and Sunday (the weekend of your choice), we host a “Quick Close Home Sale Event” where all prospective buyers may come to tour your property. On Sunday evening, we conduct a round robin bidding process pitting the potential buyers against one another until we emerge with the highest and/or best buyer for the property. The contract is normally awarded Sunday night, with the Purchase and Sale Agreement being signed the following day.

That depends on our current volume of Home Sales at the time. Generally speaking, your “Quick Close Home Sale” can usually be scheduled within 30 days of your decision to proceed

 

What If My House Doesn’t Sell?
